Rachel’s career in personal injury began in 2013, when she served as Chief Operations and Marketing Officer for another prominent personal injury firm. Her expertise in managing legal operations and client relations set her apart as a leader in the field. She later transitioned to serve as Chief Operations Officer over a group of six collision centers in the Greater New Orleans area, where she further developed her skills in business operations and customer service. In December 2024, she joined Becnel Law, eager to help grow the practice and enhance its impact on the community.\
A New Orleans native, Rachel graduated from Archbishop Chapelle High School in 2006 before earning her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a Pre-Law emphasis from the University of New Orleans in 2015. She later pursued further education at Kaplan University, becoming a certified paralegal, reinforcing her commitment to the legal field.
